To register and maintain an active account on suna104, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing suna104 on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on suna104 or on any other gaming self-exclusion register that would prohibit your access.
• You do not hold any existing suna104 account that has been suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you accept full personal responsibility for any deposits you make and bets you place.

suna104 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

Where suna104 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible player — including a minor — will be forfeited in full.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) suna104 account. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where suna104 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, NID number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a suna104 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your suna104 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. suna104 will never request your password through email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at support@suna104.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your suna104 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify suna104 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

suna104 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security in accordance with these obligations.

Account Name Consistency

The name registered on your suna104 account must match exactly the name registered on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches between account names and payment method names will trigger a mandatory KYC review and may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.

suna104 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (DBBL). No other payment methods are currently accepted. suna104 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your suna104 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• suna104 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your account as part of the KYC process.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited — contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory identity verification check. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• suna104 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• suna104 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that display unusual patterns.

From time to time, suna104 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, seasonal offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions offered by suna104 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balances. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• suna104 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — through arbitrage, matched betting, collusion, or any other systematic abuse — will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided.

Seasonal & Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

To protect the integrity of the suna104 platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

Additional prohibited activities include: providing false identity documents during KYC verification; accessing suna104 via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions; attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit any software vulnerability on the platform; and engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of suna104's systems.

suna104 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the player's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your suna104 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@suna104. Before requesting closure, ensure that any pending bets are settled and that you have withdrawn your available balance. suna104 will process any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that do not meet withdrawal criteria) within a reasonable time following account closure confirmation.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion on their suna104 account. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. suna104 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing their account during the exclusion period. Suspension Due to Breach

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, suna104 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety. suna104 will not be liable for any losses — direct or indirect — arising from a lawful account suspension or closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suna104, its directors, employees, partners, game providers, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the suna104 platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, suna104 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures — including during live cricket matches, BPL events, or other high-traffic sporting occasions.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances caused by technical faults, and any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds (which suna104 reserves the right to void).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other third-party payment service provider.
• Any gambling-related harm, addiction, or financial loss resulting from your personal decision to gamble on the platform.

suna104 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or secure from all forms of attack. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where liability limitations of this nature are not permitted by law, suna104's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in that jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All content on suna104 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of suna104 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any suna104 content without prior written consent from the rights holder.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
